The future of gold dredger: Set dredging, screening, mining, and tailing carriage as a whole, easy operation, low power consumption, low maintenance, suitable for a variety of river environmental gold mining operations, the recovery rate is high for gold particles.1) The HID BCD series of gold bucket chain dredger are designed according to clients specific mining conditions and requirements.2) Dredging depth could be min 5 meters and max 30 meters.3) Processing capacity could be 50tph-400tph.4) The chain bucket system digs the materials from river/sea bottom, convey it up and feed into the trommel.5) Double sieve trommel screen with NSK bearings and high pressure water spray pipes on both sides for washing, screening and separating.6) Double gold recovery systems to ensure highest recovery rate of gold (up to 98%).7) Water supplying systems with multiple sets of big power submersible slurry pumps, hoses, valves, etc.8) Powering system with Cummins diesel generator with all batteries, cables and wires.9) Gold refinery plant to make final product of gold bars.10) Easy for installation, operation and maintaining.11) One-Sop gold mining solutions from A to Z.
